Charlie grew up in Utah, weeding and watering in their family's backyard vegetable garden for as long as they can remember. They've always loved being outside and playing in dirt and eventually graduated with a bachelor's in archaeology. After graduate school and a few years spent working in museums, they're happy to be back outside and growing food. They're learning a lot through their work at Wonka's and are excited to keep developing skills in sustainable agricultural practices, permaculture techniques, and ways to increase food accessibility and promote indigenous land sovereignty in their local community.
